When a project also needs plumbing, electrical, HVAC or structural work, we bring in licensed specialty contractors from our network and coordinate them on the same schedule. You keep one point of contact for the whole finish package.
Every proposal lists what is included and what is contracted separately, item by item. No assumptions. No scope creep. No surprises at closeout.
Providers are reviewed according to project-specific requirements. Documentation is collected, organized and tracked, so your project team doesn't have to chase it.

To respond to your request, prepare and compare quotes, qualify service providers and coordinate projects. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Only with the independent service providers and licensed contractors needed to quote or perform your project, and with the suppliers that host our website and email. We may disclose information when required by law.
Plans, specifications and documents are stored on our server and kept only as long as needed for the project or the application. Write to us to request deletion.

This website is operated by Black Eagle Fluid Systems LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Black Eagle FS.
Black Eagle FS provides procurement, sourcing, documentation management and project coordination for specialty finishing trades. Physical work is performed by independent service providers.
Black Eagle FS is not a licensed construction contractor under Chapter 489, Florida Statutes. The scopes we coordinate are job scopes for which no state or local contractor license is required, including those identified in section 489.117(4)(a)1, Florida Statutes: painting, flooring, cabinetry, decorative stone, tile, marble and granite installation, pressure washing, plastering, stuccoing, caulking, and interior remodeling that does not include a task requiring a state license.
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, structural work and any other scope requiring a Florida contractor license are excluded from every agreement we sign. These must be contracted directly by the client with a licensed contractor. We are glad to refer licensed contractors from our network and coordinate them on the project schedule.
Providers furnish a W-9, certificates of insurance, workers compensation coverage or a valid Florida exemption, and any license required for their scope. Documents are tracked with expiration dates.
